Job Title

A Senior Business Solutions Architect is required to serve as the primary customer contact, understanding their business objectives and managing service delivery expectations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and logical thinking skills, ability to work independently and with cross-functional global teams, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

About the Role
  • Configure, integrate, and develop business solutions using Anthology Reach and Raise platform
  • Assist business owners in translating concepts to written requirements
  • Provide problem resolution for end-users
  • Evaluate upcoming releases and recommend new features
  • Communicate release status to stakeholders
  • Perform ad-hoc system training
  • Drive escalated product support tickets to resolution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience with MS SQL Server scripting or building SSIS packages
  • Power Platform experience (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
PREFERRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
  • Technical support or System administration experience
  • Business Analysis skills and industry knowledge to design Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Sales and Power Platform based solutions
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Power Platform or other CRM software
Key Responsibilities
  1. Configure and Develop Business Solutions: The Senior Business Solutions Architect will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and developing business solutions using Anthology Reach and Raise platform. This includes ensuring that all solutions meet the client's business objectives and deliverables.
  2. Translate Concepts to Written Requirements: The ideal candidate will assist business owners in translating concepts into written requirements. This includes identifying key business needs and communicating these needs effectively to internal stakeholders.
  3. Provide Problem Resolution: The Senior Business Solutions Architect will provide problem resolution for end-users. This includes identifying root causes of problems and implementing solutions to prevent future issues.
  4. Evaluate Upcoming Releases: The ideal candidate will evaluate upcoming releases and recommend new features. This includes staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  5. Communicate Release Status: The Senior Business Solutions Architect will communicate release status to stakeholders. This includes keeping clients informed about project progress and timelines.
  6. Perform Ad-Hoc System Training: The ideal candidate will perform ad-hoc system training. This includes providing on-the-job training to ensure that end-users are proficient in using the business solutions.
  7. Drive Escalated Product Support Tickets: The Senior Business Solutions Architect will drive escalated product support tickets to resolution. This includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
