Store Leadership Opportunity

Seeking a seasoned retail professional to lead operations, build and manage a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that embody the values of quality, heritage, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
    • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-first service by setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
    • Set and track performance goals for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and priorities.
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure every customer receives premium, personalized service by empowering staff to make informed decisions and take ownership of customer interactions.
    • Resolve escalations with professionalism and empathy, always striving to find mutually beneficial solutions.
    • Build long-term relationships with clients and repeat customers through targeted marketing efforts and loyalty programs.
  • Sales & Growth
    • Drive sales performance and consistently achieve store targets by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies for improvement.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Support and execute in-store events, launches, and brand activations that drive sales, engage customers, and promote the brand.
  • Operations & Inventory
    • Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction by optimizing workflows, streamlining processes, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
    • Oversee inventory, stock levels, and replenishments to minimize stockouts and optimize product availability.
    • Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, customer insights, and operations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Visual Merchandising & Brand Identity
    • Maintain Bridlen's premium retail standards in displays and presentation by staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and brand guidelines.
    • Ensure the store reflects craftsmanship, timeless design, and attention to detail by selecting products that align with the brand's aesthetic and values.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in luxury/fashion/footwear.
  • Proven success in leading teams and achieving sales targets through effective leadership, strategic planning, and execution.
  • Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Passion for artisanal products, craftsmanship, and premium customer service, with a deep understanding of the importance of quality and heritage in the retail industry.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) and inventory management systems, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Fluent in English; Hindi/Marathi.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced retail setup with multiple priorities and deadlines.
