Business Intelligence Specialist Role:

  • Support the development of advanced data solutions within our data portfolio.
  • Collaborate with agile teams to create world-class products serving customer needs through data-driven insights.
  • Analyze and interpret business change requirements across stakeholders, working with cross-functional IT teams to deliver effective reconciliation solutions.
  • Own analysis and modeling artefacts for development teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Understand end-to-end user journeys beyond system capabilities.
  • Provide in-depth business knowledge and technical support for requirement development.
  • Develop and maintain logical and physical data models adhering to industry standards.
  • Conduct metadata analysis, including entity naming, definitions, and data type.
  • Maintain high-quality data models and related artefacts.

To be successful:

  • 4-10 years of experience in data analysis and/or data modeling.
  • Strong financial domain and data analysis skills, including requirement gathering, elicitation, gap analysis, data analysis, and database designing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) and ability to translate functional data or business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure accurate, complete, consistent, unambiguous, reliable, accessible, traceable, and valid metadata and data artefacts.
  • Individual contributor with a good understanding of software development life cycles & Agile methodologies.
  • Team player with self-starter approach, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
