Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to lead our finance team.

  • Manage financial accounting for the business segment.
  • Ensure timely monthly closing and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
  • Plan, execute, and close quarterly statutory audits promptly, addressing potential issues and improving controls.
  • Prepare balance sheet disclosures periodically and ensure correct and accurate reporting.
  • Utilize strong knowledge of accounting standards and guidelines, applying them to business scenarios effectively.
  • Closely coordinate with finance teams for timely closing and reporting of financials.
  • Ensure correct segmental reporting and proper elimination of all group transactions.
  • Review the monthly closing checklist thoroughly and ensure proper review is done for all balance sheet items periodically.
  • Ensure correct internal reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
  • Lead and supervise a team of professionals, motivating and coaching them through clarifying roles and providing constructive feedback.
  • Assume end-to-end responsibility for closing the Financial Statement of the parent company and subsidiaries.
  • Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislations.
  • Examine all financial reports and data closely to detect discrepancies.

A Chartered Accountant with 7 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting, reporting, and compliance is required. Key skills include:
