Strategic Financial Planner Wanted

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning and budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy Development: Develop and maintain long-range plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts to drive business growth.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and present financial results, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and track performance.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct monthly variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts and identify drivers and recommend corrective actions.
  • Executive Reporting: Deliver high-quality presentations and dashboards to support board meetings and executive reviews.
  • Scenario Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to assess business scenarios, investment opportunities, and risk analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and systems to increase forecasting accuracy, automation, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 20 years of progressive experience in finance, corporate finance, or business finance, with a proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives. Experience with ERP/accounting software, Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
