Job Description:

As a Senior Analyst in our Corporate Communications function, you will assist the lead in various projects aimed at enhancing internal communication, events, and digital presence. Your primary objective will be to support the development and implementation of strategies that engage employees, promote our company culture, and foster a sense of community.

  • You will play a key role in drafting, formatting, and publishing internal communication materials, including emails, newsletters, and announcements.
  • Your responsibilities will also include coordinating town halls, leadership connections, and awareness drives to boost employee engagement.
  • You will be responsible for providing logistical and creative support during internal events, maintaining archives of communication assets, photos, and video content.

Digital and Social Media:

You will monitor corporate social media handles, track engagement metrics, draft posts, and coordinate approvals with relevant departments. Additionally, you will maintain a calendar of communication activities and provide weekly/monthly updates, tracking basic analytics on communication initiatives.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree, prior experience in corporate communications, marketing, or content roles being an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, and familiarity with social media platforms.
