Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

As a skilled Visual Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and creating engaging assets for marketing campaigns, social media, showrooms, events, and internal communications.

The ideal candidate will have strong foundations in color theory, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or similar for fast iterations.

You will be responsible for designing visually appealing social media creatives, developing visuals for digital ad campaigns, designing offline collateral such as standees, flyers, hoardings, showroom branding, event materials, and vehicle wraps, and contributing to seasonal campaign concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing social media creatives for various verticals.
  • Develop visuals for digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, WhatsApp).
  • Design offline collateral such as standees, flyers, hoardings, showroom branding, event materials, and vehicle wraps.
  • Contribute to seasonal campaign concepts (festivals, new launches, offers).
  • Collaborate with the content and video teams to develop strong storytelling-driven visual assets.
  • Create internal posters, newsletters, wallpapers, org charts, and culture-promoting assets.
  • Design visuals for team announcements, training modules, and recognition campaigns.
  • Work closely with department heads to visually communicate policies, updates, and initiatives.
  • Assist in designing presentations and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Bonus: Premiere Pro / After Effects.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or similar for fast iterations.
  • Strong foundation in color theory, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Good understanding of formats for both digital (RGB, social ratios) and print (CMYK, bleed, resolution).
  • Awareness of Generative AI (GenAI) tools and workflows is a plus.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different brands.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a structured marketing environment.
  • Organized, deadline-oriented, and able to juggle multiple brand guidelines.
  • A portfolio that showcases versatility, detail orientation, and creative thinking.
  • Interest in the automobile sector or retail marketing is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, openness to feedback, and eagerness to grow.
