Job Title: Business Analytics Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled analytics professional to join our business transformation team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data analysis and interpretation, as well as a deep understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.

You will be responsible for leveraging advanced analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis:
    • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and develop insights that inform business strategy.
    • Design and implement statistical models to predict customer behavior and preferences.
    • Contribute to building predictive models for various use cases such as revenue forecasting and customer churn prediction.
    • Apply data visualization techniques to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Translate model insights into actionable business strategies that enhance ROI and customer experience.
  • Model Validation:
    • Validate existing models applying end-to-end quality checks before deployment.
    • Evaluate model performance metrics, drift monitoring, and downstream outputs.
    • Document all findings, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
    • Support development of dashboards and reports to track validation progress and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, computer science, or related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and applied machine learning.
  • Proven expertise in Python, R, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
  • Familiarity with big data platforms and cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading junior analysts.
