Job Title: Senior Data Analytics Leader Overview:

As a senior data analytics leader, you will lead the development of cutting-edge data solutions that drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design data-driven strategies that deliver tangible results.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Handling and Processing:
    • Develop and implement efficient data processing pipelines using SQL Server and query optimization techniques.
    • Design and manage large-scale data systems, including data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes.
    • Implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
    • Collaborate with data engineers to design and deploy scalable data architectures on Azure.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies and methodologies.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization:
    • Lead data analysis projects, applying statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to drive business insights.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of key performance indicators.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design data visualizations that meet their needs.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and business intelligence.
  • Non-Technical Skills:
    • Provide technical leadership to a team of data professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
    • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment between business and technical objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
 Preferred Skills:
  • SQL: Proficient in writing efficient SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Power BI: Experienced in developing and deploying Power BI solutions, including data modeling, DAX queries, and report development.
  • Python: Familiarity with Python programming language and its applications in data analysis and machine learning.
