Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and be able to navigate complex sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the enterprise sector.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, managing key accounts effectively.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Act as trusted advisor to high-level executives, providing insights and consultancy that align with their business needs and pain points.
  • Presentation Skills: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that articulate unique value proposition of our solutions.
  • Industry Analysis: Understand and analyse industry trends and customer needs to position us effectively in the market.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and engineering, to align sales strategies and solutions with market needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, specifically in technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, and security infrastructure sectors, targeting large enterprises.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability in executive stakeholder management and in building relationships with Customers, OEM and Partners.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency to converse effectively with CXOs and leadership teams.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills, coupled with excellent articulation and ability to convey complex information in understandable manner.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of driving sales growth and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to identify customer pain points and align them with our solutions to drive business outcomes.
