AA Impact Inc is a company based in New Delhi that specializes in guiding Energy, Supply Chain, and Financial Service businesses towards environmentally conscious and socially responsible practices. Our team collaborates with clients to develop tailored strategies, implement sustainable initiatives, and navigate regulatory landscapes.

About the Role

We have an exciting 12-month contract opportunity for a Sustainability Expert (on-site with client in Noida). The role includes analysing sustainability data, supporting reporting, and contributing to initiatives that create measurable impact.

What You'll Do

  • Collect and analyse data on carbon, energy, water, and waste.
  • Support compliance, reporting and preparation of documentation.
  • Research new trends and industry best practices in sustainability.
  • Contribute to initiatives like energy savings, waste reduction, and diversity programmes.
  • Create presentations and reports for a range of stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams and partners to deliver on projects.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sustainability analysis, reporting, or related work.
  • Strong analytical and data-handling skills (Excel, visualization).
  • Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and regulations.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
