- Periodically review and revise materiality analysis reports to guarantee their relevance and effectiveness in driving business outcomes.
- Conduct climate-related risk and opportunity assessments aligned with the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) recommendations, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement climate action strategies that seamlessly integrate with company goals, fostering a culture of sustainability within the organization.
- Maintain vigilance over supplier environmental performance to ensure adherence to company standards, upholding our commitment to responsible sourcing practices.
- Oversee the successful implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance Management Systems (ESMS), empowering employees to contribute to sustainable development.
Requirements:
- Possess a post-graduate degree in Environment Science, Environment Management, or Sustainability related field, equipping you with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in ESG management.
- Accumulate at least 8 years of experience in the ESG or sustainability domain, having built a strong foundation in strategy development and execution.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, utilizing these tools to drive efficiency and innovation in your work.
