  • Queries and Partnerships
  • Handling queries related to HR, benefits, and company policies with a high level of professionalism and expertise.
  • Partnering with leadership in building a talent pipeline for future growth and development.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in HR (generalist/recruitment/operations) with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance in India or UAE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment with flexibility and adaptability.
