As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and relationships. Your expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and training will be crucial in ensuring the success of our sales force.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with PoSPs, providing them with the necessary tools and support to succeed.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new PoSPs to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with insurers to ensure smooth business operations and address any queries or issues raised by PoSPs.
- Monitor PoSP performance and provide guidance and motivation to drive business growth.

- Proven track record of success in business development, sales management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
