Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Oracle Fusion Financials Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM and FA modules. You will also be responsible for working directly with clients to gather business requirements, drive solutioning sessions and provide recommendations for business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM and FA modules.
  • Work directly with clients to gather business requirements, drive solutioning sessions and provide recommendations for business process improvements.
  • Define systems strategy, gather and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing and user training.
  • Manage multiple task assignments and work independently.
  • Develop strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Solve problems and troubleshoot with mature judgment.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation as a functional resource.
  • 4+ years of experience implementing combinations of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA) and Fixed Assets (FA).
