
Key Player in Client Relations

We are seeking an experienced account management professional to drive strong relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- The ideal candidate will establish and maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring seamless dialogue between clients and relevant departments.
- This role requires the ability to contribute to future strategy planning for the team, including migration planning, talent acquisition, training, and process improvements.
In this position, you will support operations on projects related to automation, work migrations, conversions, and global changes in key operating procedures. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including Securities Trades and Pricing Team, Reporting Team, Investor Services team, Auditors, Client Service Managers, and Clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular contact and effective communication.
- Team Collaboration: Ensure seamless dialogue between clients and relevant departments to prevent and resolve issues.
- Strategy Planning: Contribute to future strategy planning for the team, including migration planning, talent acquisition, training, and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience working with an investment management or finance-related firm.
- Good knowledge of the investment industry, preferably with 14+ years in Fund Administration (CA, CMA, CFA, ACCA, MBA - Finance).
- Able to think critically and objectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
