">We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Identity Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our identity management systems.

This is a long-term contract position with one of the largest technology leaders globally. Located in Bangalore, this role involves working rotational shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, with mid-week offs. Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be comfortable with ambiguity, and have the ability to think abstractly. Your expertise should include knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint identity secure cloud, two-step verification, and application usage. You should also be familiar with authentication and authorization concepts, as well as database management and data structure knowledge.

This role offers opportunities to work with modern identity and access management products, including SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, and CyberArk. You will contribute to building IAM solutions in complex landscapes involving multiple applications and HR systems like Workday and ServiceNow integration. Experience in designing Role Based Access Control systems, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, and Identity lifecycle management is essential. Additionally, you should have expertise in modern authentication methodologies like SAML-based Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, etc., and contributing to SOC/Sox internal and external audits.
