Product Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Product Development Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the development of new product parts catalogues, creating technical manuals, and ensuring timely delivery of these documents.

Responsibilities include:
  • Creating new product parts catalogues using engineering data, manufacturing bill of materials, and 3D CAD data from Teamcenter;
  • Publishing the catalogue in Adobe InDesign format and Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) online portal;
  • Creating service manuals, operator's manuals, and flat rate manuals in Adobe InDesign and PTC formats;
  • Analyzing engineering design changes and source documents shared by the engineering team, identifying the impact of change contents in technical manuals;
  • Creating service bulletins in Adobe InDesign with respect to engineering design changes, along with cut-off serial numbers, and publishing in the online portal;
  • Updating design change contents in parts catalogues, Adobe InDesign format source files, and EPC;
  • Coordinating with cross-functional team members and exploring opportunities for continuous process improvements;
  • Implementing checklists and other relevant reviewing tools to ensure delivery quality and end-to-end responsibility for timely delivery of parts catalogues, service bulletins, and other technical manuals.


The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as auto mechanics or automobile engineering, and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role. They will also possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an aptitude for learning new technologies.

Key qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree in auto mechanics or automobile engineering;
  • Proficiency in STE (Simplified Technical English), automobile standards, and defined methodology of writing operating, servicing, and technical data;
  • Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and technical authoring tools;
  • Siemens Teamcenter, NX, and Vismockup for product visualization in 3D and analysis;
  • PTC Arbortext editor for technical documentation;
  • Hands-on experience in SAP PP/MM modules and Microsoft Office.
