About this Role:

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Manager to oversee the financial governance of our organization. This key position requires an individual who can ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements, manage financial systems, and provide strategic guidance on tax planning and financial reporting.

About You:

  • You have extensive experience in compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, including handling share capital alterations, corporate restructuring, and statutory filings.
  • You are proficient in performing bank reconciliations, maintaining Books of Accounts, and preparing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-1A, GSTR-3B), annual returns (GSTR-9, GSTR-9C), and CMP-08 returns.
  • You have expertise in managing advance tax, TDS deductions, ITR filings, MAT calculations, tax refund processes, and deferred tax analysis.
  • You are knowledgeable about FEMA regulations, UAE VAT laws, ESR, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) requirements, and RBI guidelines for foreign investments, external commercial borrowings (ECBs), and ODI/FDI filings.
  • You have hands-on experience with accounting systems, financial statements, trial balances, and MIS reports.

Your Skills:

  • Proficiency in Company Law and Corporate Governance.
  • Detailed knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) Laws and Regulations.
  • Experience in Income Tax Planning and Compliance.
  • Familiarity with Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) Regulations.
  • Understanding of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax Laws.
  • Knowledge of RBI Guidelines and Reporting Requirements.
