Senior Product Development Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Development Leader to spearhead our lending product initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development, launch, and optimization of our lending products.

This leadership role involves overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Our ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the lending domain, with expertise in origination, servicing, and collection management areas in retail, corporate, and Islamic lending.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Lending product.
  • Lead market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and business landscape in the Lending domain.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set strategic priorities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee the entire Lending product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Manage the product portfolio, making decisions on product enhancements, releases, and sunsets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Very strong lending domain expertise across origination, servicing, and collection management areas in retail, corporate, and Islamic lending.
  • Good understanding of multiple markets, Fintechs, regulatory requirements in different regions.
  • Proven experience in developing/implementing Lending product.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
