Finance Executive Opportunity

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Finance Executive to lead the Corporate Finance function for India. This is an exceptional opportunity for a trusted advisor to shape the finance charter and strengthen the governance framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining financial targets, setting up budgetary controls, and ensuring controllership functions are in place for the India and US entities.

Key responsibilities include leading month-end close processes, annual audits, and procurement procedures. A strong familiarity with US GAAP/ IFRS based financial standards, especially service revenue recognition, is essential. Additionally, managing Treasury, payment gateway, and Banking relationships will be critical to success.

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Expertise in financial models, AOP, and the ability to model complex business scenarios.
  • Taxation and Compliance: Understanding of unit-level metrics and familiarity with US and India taxes to ensure compliance and filings.
  • Secretarial and Legal: Basic familiarity of timeline and laws, working with CS firms.

The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Accountant certification and 6+ years of overall experience, including 4 years in finance controllership or tax functions. Strong Excel modeling skills are a must, along with hands-on expertise in ERP Systems, process implementation, and familiarity with technical accounting standards.
