The Front Desk Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations at the office. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, routing calls to the right personnel, maintaining visitor logs, issuing passes, and preparing meeting rooms.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Greet and assist visitors with courtesy and professionalism.\
  • Route guests on calls to the appropriate employees.\
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue necessary passes.\
  • Organize material inward and outward registers, updating data holistically.\
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared.\
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.\
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.\
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security for smooth operations.\
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.\
