Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Execution: Work closely with the founder to advance key priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Align with teams across sales, operations, marketing, and events to ensure smooth execution and zero drop-offs.
  • Client & Partner Engagement: Be a trusted point of contact for key prospects, clients, and partners.
  • Insights & Reporting: Track outcomes, measure impact, and prepare crisp reports.
  • Project Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of specific initiatives.
  • Quality & Standards: Continuously audit and raise the bar on customer experience and service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A track record of delivering results in customer-facing or operationally heavy roles.
  • Strong commercial instincts – comfortable discussing revenue, costs, and ROI.
  • Structured problem-solving with the ability to cut through noise and get to the signal.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
