Role Description

This is a true generalist business role that involves working closely with founders on cross-functional initiatives. It's an intense, always on, high impact role. If you enjoy all things business & operations, juggling multiple initiatives and like rolling up your sleeves to get the job done this might be the role for you :).

The role will involve working with different business functions to solve problems with first-principle thinking, perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, likes solving unstructured problems, and enjoys collaborating across functions.

What you'll do
  • Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — your primary responsibility is to bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales on initiatives to maximise revenue — from identifying and fixing funnel leakages to shaping pricing/packaging strategies and enabling the team with better processes and tools.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn — through both strategic inputs and process design.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning, working with the team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.
  • Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards, ensuring accurate, actionable data is available for decision-making.
