Analytics Leadership Role

This role involves leading data analytics initiatives and driving strategic insights across the business.

You'll collaborate with various teams including product, marketing, sales, finance, and engineering to deliver actionable insights and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
  • Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities to align with business priorities.
  • Align analytics with business needs through collaboration with product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability of analytics infrastructure.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Drive growth initiatives through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.
  • B2B SaaS experience is mandatory, with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and user retention.

Requirements:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or growth roles with at least 4+ years leading analytics teams in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode), SQL, and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a plus.
