About the Role

As a Production Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our production systems.

  • You will utilize your expertise in Java and Spring Boot to resolve real-time production issues while contributing to development efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop solutions for customer-reported problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve critical customer/field technical escalations using technical and analytical skills.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop solutions for customer-reported problems.
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings to update the development team on ongoing escalation statuses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6+ years' experience in technical product support, preferably in escalations teams.
  • Experience working as an L3 escalation engineer handling complex customer issues.
  • Software development experience using Java technologies.
  • Good understanding of MySQL/MariaDB/RDBMS and database concepts.
  • Knowledge of Microservice architecture environments on AWS.
