Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team at KANCHI KARPOORAM LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Manage office operations, including reception, mail, and supplies
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel
  • Excellent English Typewriting skills
  • Proficient in PPT presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of Tally software

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred
  • UG qualification
  • 1 year experience in Microsoft Word (preferred)
