About the Role

As a seasoned audit professional, you will play a pivotal role in leading our engagement teams to deliver exceptional client service.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the audit engagement from planning to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the engagement are executed with precision and efficiency.

This includes supervision/mentoring of staff, building/maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with engagement team partners on client issue resolution.

Additionally, you will manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to meet client deadlines and create and track engagement budgets for optimal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the engagement team staff on the planning and execution of an audit, review, or compilation engagement.
  • Oversight of the day-to-day operations of the audit engagement.
  • Supervision and support to the engagement staff, seniors, and supervisors.
  • Collaboration with engagement team partners on client issue resolution.
  • Management of multiple engagements concurrently with various teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or Master's; CPA is preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of public accounting experience, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.
  • Experience auditing real estate, technology, and financial services clients preferred.
