This position requires strong skills in concept development, research, and styling execution. The Junior Stylist will work closely with creative directors and art directors to bring ideas to life. Research on brand guidelines, market trends, and cultural references is essential for creating relevant and impactful styling concepts.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop styling concepts that align with campaign goals.
  • Conduct thorough research on brand guidelines, market trends, and cultural references to inform styling decisions.
  • Manage all aspects of shoot styling, including wardrobe, accessories, props, and set dressing.
  • Source and curate styling materials that reflect the campaign's creative direction.
  • Oversee fittings and shoot-day styling to ensure consistency and brand alignment.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a stylist in an advertising or media agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse styling projects for various brands.
  • Exceptional sense of aesthetics, color, textures, and composition.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into impactful visual styling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in styling for multiple industries.
  • Familiarity with set design and prop styling in addition to wardrobe styling.
