The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and driving key initiatives in manpower planning, target setting, and compensation philosophy. This includes managing budgets, providing valuable analytical insights to inform decision-making, and tracking targets and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

PPM (Planning Performance Management)

  • Develop and implement effective budgeting processes, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Lead the cycle of 3-Year Plan (3YP), 1-Year Plan (1YP), and other key planning cycles in the people team.
  • Design and manage organizational structures, people cost, and manpower blueprint through Anaplan.
  • Provide deep analysis and recommendation of budget and blueprint breakdown by various cuts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set structure, processes, and tools to measure and improve performance of key KPIs of people team.

TSC (Target Setting & Compensation)

  • Implement Target Setting and Appraisal Process in the organization in sync with global process.
  • Define tools to record and manage performance of key processes and metrics in people team.
  • Drive continuous improvement through best practices and innovation.
  • Develop a high-performing mindset within the team.

Requirements:

Education level and/or experience

  • MBA in any specialization from a tier 1 B-School.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects.
