Elevator Traffic Analyst

Our team is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Elevator Traffic Analyst to join our collaborative environment. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, conducting thorough traffic analysis, and providing expert advice on elevator system design.

1. Conduct in-depth traffic analysis using specialized software to ensure elevator system designs meet client requirements.
2. Prepare and present comprehensive traffic analysis reports to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
3. Maintain regular communication with clients to address any questions or concerns they may have.
4. Participate in design review meetings and workshops to ensure seamless collaboration between stakeholders.
5. Develop and maintain accurate civil dimension matrices for all finalized elevator configurations, ensuring dimensions meet the necessary vendor specifications.
6. Prepare and present detailed design brief reports to clients, outlining project objectives and scope.
7. Collaborate with the drafting team to prepare tender drawings, ensuring conformity with approved design briefs.
8. Support clients during vendor discussions, working closely with the e-Comply/specification management team to ensure smooth project execution.

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical/Electronics/civil).
2. Minimum 3-5 years of field experience in the elevator industry.
3. Proficient in lifts and escalator installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
4. Excellent technical understanding of elevator, escalator, and advanced people flow solutions.
5. AutoCAD 2017 or higher - ability to read drawings and understand.
6. Microsoft 365, MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
