Senior Manager Embedded Security

We are seeking a highly experienced Embedded Security Lead to join our Global Security team in Bangalore, India.
This challenging role involves being embedded within the organisation for one year to establish structures, processes and reporting mechanisms that drive improvement of physical security standards and business continuity capabilities.
The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of relevant experience in the security industry with a strong emphasis on risk management. They should be familiar with technology, manufacturing or energy management industries and have knowledge of embedded contracts. Additionally, they should possess excellent time management skills, ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks with competing timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop maturity ratings across multiple sites and create repeatable and scalable workstreams to address trending site gaps.
- Conduct physical security compliance audits leveraging organisational-tailored software and provide recommendations on risk-based and cost-conscious improvements.
- Lead a 10-month project targeting a trending gap at multiple sites requiring implementation of new tools and their rollout to over 100 sites.
Other responsibilities include providing technical and project-management guidance to site security leads, conducting business impact analysis, collaborating with partners in security technology, cybersecurity or real estate and leading in-person briefings and trainings.
Key required skills include ability to communicate and work effectively with people from different backgrounds, transferable skills in planning, multi-tasking and problem solving and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
