Job Description

Digital Innovation Lead

  • A highly skilled software development professional with at least 5 years of experience is required for this position.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Rust, Blockchain, Data Analysis, and Open Source technologies.
  • A strong understanding of open-source technology and DLT research is essential for this role.
  • Prior experience with large-scale distributed systems, networks, and systems engineering is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with database design and optimization is also required.
  • Excellent knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptography is necessary for implementing secure solutions.
  • Fluency in English ensures seamless communication with international teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Rust Programming Language: Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and scalable code in Rust.
  • Blockchain Technology: Strong understanding of blockchain principles, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
  • Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies to extract insights from complex datasets.
  • Open Source: Familiarity with open-source development practices, version control systems, and collaborative coding environments.
  • Database Design: Knowledge of database design principles, data modeling, and normalization techniques.
