Job Title: Advanced AI Architect and Data Scientist

At the intersection of artificial intelligence and data science, we are seeking an innovative leader to drive our advanced analytics and AI team forward. This exceptional individual will bring expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI, spearheading the development and deployment of cutting-edge solutions.

This role requires a profound understanding of machine learning, NLP, and data science, combined with hands-on experience in leveraging LLMs and agentic frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, fine-tuning, and deploying Generative AI models, designing autonomous AI agents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for GenAI/Agentic AI adoption.



Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, multi-modal models) for business use cases.
  2. Design and implement autonomous AI agents that can plan, reason, and execute multi-step tasks.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for GenAI/Agentic AI adoption in workflows, customer experience, and decision-making.
  4. Build data pipelines, APIs, and frameworks to integrate AI models into production systems.
  5. Experiment with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and advanced orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack).
  6. Evaluate and benchmark model performance for scalability, efficiency, and ethical compliance.
  7. Stay updated on the latest AI research (LLMs, multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, and reasoning models).
  8. Present technical solutions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science/Machine Learning with at least 2+ years in Generative AI/LLMs.
  • Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Strong knowledge of NLP techniques, transformer architectures, and embeddings.
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, Anthropic, or similar frameworks/models.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, research, and communication skills.
