We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with at least 4 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in exploratory data analysis (EDA), advanced analytics, and NLP, while being hands-on with modern ML/DL frameworks and cloud ecosystems. You will collaborate closely with AI engineers building next-generation products in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

1. Conduct rigorous EDA and advanced analytics to uncover insights and drive modelling strategies.

2. Build, train, and optimize models using scikit-learn and PyTorch.

3. Develop and evaluate NLP solutions for regulatory and compliance workflows.

4. Design and write robust evaluation frameworks to measure the performance and reliability of ML solutions.

5. Implement and manage end-to-end ML pipelines with MLflow and MLOps best practices.

6. Deploy and serve models using FastAPI, integrated with Postgres databases.

7. Work across Azure and AWS environments for scalable model training and deployment.

8. Collaborate with AI engineers developing state-of-the-art LLM-based systems for pharma.

1. 4+ years of hands-on data science experience.

2. Strong proficiency in Python for development and production-grade solutions.

3. Proven expertise in EDA, feature engineering, and advanced statistical analysis.

4. Practical experience with scikit-learn and PyTorch.

5. Prior experience delivering NLP-based projects.

6. Familiarity with FastAPI and backend integration.

7. Strong knowledge of MLflow, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

8. Experience working with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.

9. Solid understanding of relational databases, especially Postgres.
