Lead Data Scientist: AI and Machine Learning

The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging expertise in AI and ML to optimize MRO management, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs.

Develop and implement AI and ML models for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and asset optimization in the MRO processes. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems and workflows. Analyze large datasets from various sources (e.g., sensor data, maintenance records) to extract actionable insights. Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to predict equipment failures, optimize maintenance schedules, and improve overall fleet performance.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in driving projects related to AI and ML; Azure/AWS analytics experience advantageous.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, R, or SQL; knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies beneficial.
  • Strong vendor management and interdepartmental coordination skills.
