SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Expert
About the Role- Design and deliver end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Marketing and Onboarding modules.
- Work closely with HR business teams to gather requirements, define solutions and configure system functionalities.
- Create career sites, candidate pipelines and onboarding workflows that drive user adoption and engagement.
- Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes and provide timely resolutions.
- Develop documentation, functional specifications and test scripts to ensure seamless delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies to achieve shared goals.
- Maintain data security, privacy and compliance while working in a virtual environment.
- Provide training and support to end-users post-go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation Strategy: Develop implementation strategies for SuccessFactors RCM, RMK, and ONB modules.
- System Configuration: Configure system functionalities to meet client needs.
- Candidate Experience: Design and maintain career sites, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and provide timely resolutions.

- Expertise: Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Marketing, and Onboarding modules.
