Channel Growth Specialist
In the context of our Agency travel team and Tie Ups, this role is responsible for supervising business delivery and primarily growing the business with profits through Channel Management - Agents.
- Manage daily activity of producers to ensure a strong pipeline.
- Coach and guide to cross-sell and grow the business.
- Makes individual agents grow at least 20% every year.
- Ensures IRDA compliance regarding licensing and commission payments of agents.
- Responsible for ensuring quality of applications.
- Supports/guides producers in all activities related to policy services.
- Trains agents on products, process, and USPs of Co.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Responsible for Achieving overall Gross Written Premium.
- Responsible for sustainable Profitability.
- Maintains Hygiene.
- Recruits and retains agents.
- Responsible for Activation.

Internal Stakeholders
- Operations (BOPs & COPs) for policy issuance.
- Underwriter for analyzing risk factors.
- Finance Team for tax handling.
- Human Resources for foresights into the business and talent pool building.
- Training Team for employee training.
- NSM/RSM/ASM for suggestions.
External Stakeholders
- Agents.
- Broker.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance.
- At least 3-4 years of experience leading a company/business line in Retail Sales.
