Expertise in machine learning is highly sought after across various industries.

This role involves designing, developing and deploying AI applications by evaluating models, training and/or fine tuning them.

You will develop Gen AI based solutions for customers.

We are looking for a senior member of the team who can take ownership of projects, collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in designing & building AI applications for customer deployment.

At least 5 years of Software engineering experience in building Secure, scalable and performant applications is also required.

Apart from this, the candidate should have experience with Document extraction using AI, Conversational AI, Vision AI, NLP or Gen AI.

Evaluating machine learning models and performing necessary tuning is another essential skill.

The candidate should be able to develop prompts that instruct LLM to generate relevant and accurate responses.

Collaboration with data scientists and engineers to analyze and preprocess datasets for prompt development, including data cleaning, transformation, and augmentation is also expected.

Conducting thorough analysis to evaluate LLM responses, iteratively modifying prompts to improve LLM performance is a key responsibility.

Hands on customer experience with RAG solution or fine tuning of LLM model is a must.

Building and deploying scalable machine learning pipelines on cloud platforms involving data warehouses, machine learning platforms, dashboards or CRM tools is another key expectation.

Experience working with end-to-end steps involving but not limited to data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, dealing outliers, handling imbalances, analyzing data distributions (univariate, bivariate, multivariate), transforming numerical and categorical data into features, feature selection, model selection, model training and deployment is required.

Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments for real life applications is highly valued.

A good understanding of natural language processing, computer vision or other deep learning techniques is also desirable.

Expertise in Python, Numpy, Pandas and various ML libraries (e.g., XGboost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) is essential.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and its machine learning services is a plus.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are required.
