About Our AI Engineering Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and deploy end-to-end AI applications from concept to working prototype.
  • Experiment with various approaches, frameworks and models to find the most efficient solutions.
  • Ship products fast and gather feedback from real users to inform future improvements.
  • Iterate quickly and scale the winning projects to production level.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder on product direction and technical strategy.

Required Skills:

  • Strong coding skills and hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
  • Experience in building and deploying applications, not just models.
  • Curious and eager to try new ideas, break things and learn fast.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, high-speed execution and changing directions when data dictates.
  • Able to work independently and own projects from start to finish.
