As a Business Analyst II, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven decision making.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field, with expertise in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau.

You will be responsible for defining requirements, using data and metrics to draw business insights, and making recommendations to stakeholders. Experience in customer segmentation, customer behavior analysis, conjoint/trade-off modeling is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define Analytical Approach: Develop and implement analytical frameworks to help operations streamline processes.
  • Analyze Data: Identify gaps in existing processes by analyzing data and liaising with relevant teams to plug them.
  • Communicate Insights: Communicate complex analytical insights and business implications effectively to stakeholders.
About The Team

AOP (Analytics Operations and Programs) team is missioned to standardize BI and analytics capabilities, and reduce repeat analytics/reporting/BI workload for operations across multiple marketplaces.

The team has a diverse mix of strong engineers, analysts, and scientists who champion customer obsession. We enable operations to make data-driven decisions through developing near real-time dashboards, self-serve dive-deep capabilities, and building advanced analytics capabilities.

Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
  • 5+ years of Excel and data visualization tools experience
  • 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in customer segmentation, customer behavior analysis, conjoint/trade-off modeling
