What You'll Do

Requirements

8-10 years of experience in social listening and analytics space.

">

Excellent experience in social listening tool (Sprinklr or similar platforms) and analytics skills.

">

Excellent overall problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

">

Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

">

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

">

Preferred Qualifications

">

Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as industrial engineering, finance, or economics.

">

Knowledge of social platforms (blogs, forums, new media etc) and tools and programming languages for query building within the tool or secondary research.

">

Professional certification related to social listening and analytics.
