SAP Lead


Job Description:

SAP leads are responsible for conducting post-implementation audits of SAP S/4 HANA modules. They perform configuration-level checks, identify gaps, and assess compliance with financial systems (FS) and business requirements documents (BRD). Key responsibilities include auditing and validating various SAP modules such as Finance, SuccessFactors, HCM Payroll, Materials Management, Analytics & Planning, Travel Management, Disclosure Management, and Reviewing SAP Integration Suite and custom workflows.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct post-implementation audits of SAP S/4 HANA modules
  • Perform configuration-level checks, identify gaps, and assess compliance with FS and BRD
  • Audit and validate SAP modules including Finance, SuccessFactors, HCM Payroll, Materials Management, Analytics & Planning, Travel Management, Disclosure Management
  • Review SAP Integration Suite and custom workflows (forms, reports, workflow enhancements via FIORI)
  • Deliver findings, gap analysis, and recommendations in clear audit reports
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and ensure strong communication across teams

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of SAP implementation experience across relevant modules
  • Prior exposure to post-implementation audits or SAP functional reviews
  • Strong understanding of Finance, HR, and Supply Chain modules within SAP
  • Experience with SAP FIORI, custom workflows, and integration suite
  • An auditor's mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications for reporting and documentation
