Job Description

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our innovative AI platform. Your primary responsibility will be to craft elegant and user-friendly solutions for complex problems, blending creativity with problem-solving skills.

You will lead the design process for new features and product areas, ensuring that user needs and pain points are at the core of every design decision. This involves creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs that effectively communicate your design vision and allow for user testing and feedback.

Collaboration is crucial in this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and user researchers, to bring product features from concept to launch.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design process and impact
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including research, usability testing, and design iteration
  • Experience designing for complex products, particularly in SaaS, healthcare, or regulated industries (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of design systems and creating scalable, reusable components
  • Ability to collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and meet functional requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
