About This Role

  • Design end-to-end interfaces for AI-assisted doctor services, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Apply strategic thinking and systems-level design principles to define intuitive and accessible user journeys aligning with Clinikk's vision.
  • Balance user needs, clinical protocols, and business objectives in designing multiple platforms.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative research insights into user workflows, synthesizing them into user journeys, personas, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, physicians, engineers, data scientists, and insurance specialists to validate hypotheses and ensure successful execution.
  • Explore and prototype new interaction patterns; rapidly iterate to test with users.
  • Oversight of design craft from low-fidelity sketches to polished UI and micro-interactions; ensure accessibility and compliance with medical and insurance regulations.
  • Establish and communicate design principles, frameworks, and processes enhancing efficiency and consistency across Clinikk's products.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in product/interaction design, with part of it in consumer or enterprise tech; experience in healthcare, insurtech, or AI-driven products is beneficial.
  • In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles, systems thinking, and ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive interfaces.
  • Strong curiosity about emerging technologies and their potential to transform healthcare.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
