Financial Reporting Specialist

About the Role:
The Financial Reporting Specialist plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
This position is responsible for preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, and resolving discrepancies. Additionally, it involves assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities, maintaining fixed asset records and depreciation schedules, and supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are also essential.
Auditing and Financial Reporting
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Process Improvement
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
