AI and Psychometrics Specialist


Job Description

This role combines the application of artificial intelligence (AI) with psychometric expertise to develop innovative solutions for talent assessment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, integrate, and evaluate AI-based programs using generative tools to optimize psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.
    • Collaborate with the Data Science team to fine-tune AI models, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.
    • Develop and maintain personalized feedback systems that leverage AI-driven insights.
    • Contribute to the management of R&D projects by utilizing tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to plan, track, and deliver project requirements on schedule.
  • Psychometric Tool Development:
    • Participate in the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision, and enhancement.
    • Contribute to the design and development of innovative test items for specialized evaluations.
  • Consulting & Client Support:
    • Collaborate with consultants to develop tailored solutions, including customized assessments and personalized reports.
    • Produce detailed technical documentation, interpretation guidelines, and user manuals for custom tools.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple locations in a multicultural and agile environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Education: MSc in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: First-hand experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects.
  • Technical skills:
    • Advanced use of generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
    • Knowledge of psychometric test creation and validation.
  • Soft skills:
    • Excellent English communication.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
