Role Overview:

As a customer success champion, you will be responsible for post-sales customer interactions. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless execution of orders, provide timely updates, and prioritize customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers after sales, understanding their specific needs and ensuring accurate internal communication.
  • Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and finance teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
  • Share regular shipment updates, delivery timelines, and documentation status with customers, proactively informing them of any delays or deviations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align on customer expectations and deliverables.
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive support, conducting post-delivery follow-ups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
