Job Title: Overseas Application Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overseas Application Coordinator to join our team.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping students achieve their academic goals while navigating international admissions processes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage university applications across multiple countries, ensuring seamless processing from start to finish.
  • Evaluate student profiles to recommend suitable programs and universities based on individual needs and qualifications.
  • Provide expert guidance on documentation, eligibility, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in crafting compelling SOPs, resumes, LORs, and academic materials that showcase students' strengths and potential.
  • Ensure precise document uploads to CRM/university portals, streamlining the application journey.
  • Liaise with international universities and coordinate with internal teams (counseling, visa, finance) to facilitate a smooth process.
  • Maintain accurate trackers, provide weekly reports, and highlight potential bottlenecks to management.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and internal teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry, document handling, and record-keeping.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Knowledge of International Admissions: Comprehensive understanding of international admissions processes, including program eligibility, application requirements, and timeline.
