Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Student Visa Counselor to spearhead our counseling services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding students through the application process, assisting with visa applications, and providing information on educational opportunities in multiple countries.

  • Counsel prospects about international colleges/universities and courses offered
  • Manage all pertaining operations while performing multiple tasks relevant to the student overseas education process
  • Promote effective counseling and quality education to students
  • Build relationships with sub-agents for overseas education
  • Function as Head Process Counselor for assigned students and ensure they receive proper services
  • Handle and explain documentations related to admission and visa applications within timelines
  • Collect data and coordinate with tele-callers for lead management
  • Train and lead teams to manage students and counsel them through the visa filling process
  • Offer professional understanding and guidance during counseling sessions
  • Maintain sales focus while considering eligible criteria for candidates
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to provide guidance and support to students
  • Knowledge of European education systems and study options
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Sr. Student Visa Counselor or advising students for overseas education
  • Fluency in English and additional European languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or related field
